Guest experience at the newly opened “Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport” accentuated by GROHE water fittings

Hailed as a masterpiece of contemporary architecture and aesthetic design, THE SQUAIRE has become the new landmark of Frankfurt airport. Its concept creates a unique experience of urbane sophistication by fusing offices, shopping facilities, restaurants and bars as well as hotels under one roof. This international business hotel not only benefits from its pre-eminent location at one of Europe’s most important air travel hubs but also treats its guests to a first-rate experience which blends all-round comfort with modern style. In the guest bathrooms, the design character of the house is accentuated by selected premium fittings from GROHE.

“Being one of the world’s leading hotel brands, we seek to locate our hotels in places where we can best serve our target customers and their needs. THE SQUAIRE is a particularly attractive property which boasts superlatives in all respects,” explains Olivier Harnisch, Area Vice President Northern and Central Europe at the Hilton Group. “We want our guests - be they business travellers or city trippers - to enjoy their stay to the max. When designing our rooms, we therefore select brands that share our own high standards and meet our ambitions in terms of quality, functionality, design and sustainability. In GROHE, a global brand for premium sanitary products, we have found the perfect partner for our Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport.”

Business not as usual

Whether you fly in from New York, Shanghai or Dubai, or whether you need to catch the train to Paris, Brussels or Berlin, the new Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport gives you direct access to a host of international connections. Sitting at the heart of the futuristic 660 metre long THE SQUAIRE building with its wide array of amenities, this modern hotel is perfect for relaxing at the fireside, in a restaurant or at a bar after a strenuous journey. Or you simply freshen up and take the fifteen minute trip to downtown Frankfurt. This makes the Hilton Garden Inn the ideal base for shopping in Zeil, Frankfurt’s busy shopping street, attending trade fairs at the exhibition centre or visiting cultural events and attractions. The 334 rooms offer Wi-Fi internet access, LCD TV screens and an ergonomically designed work space.

Check in to feel right at home

Today’s business travellers attend meetings here, there and everywhere, stopping over at one place only to fly on to the next a day later. Their dynamic lifestyles revolve around mobility and flexibility. This is why the guest bathrooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport are equipped with water fittings which are attuned to the needs of modern travellers. GROHE faucets from the Concetto line sit atop the wash basins. The pared down, clear and ergonomic shapes of these faucets project a fresh and lively feel. Their minimalist appearance is based on cylindrical shapes and perfectly coordinated curves and angles. Aside from the parallel geometry of the spout and the lever, Concetto is characterised by the precisely angled lever cap. The forward-leaning body is invitingly pitched towards the user at an angle of seven degrees. The ring element and the seven-degree angle are elements of the GROHE Design DNA which lends the products their unmistakeable identity. The integrated GROHE EcoJoy® technology permits meaningful water savings without ever compromising on the water experience. User comfort is further enhanced by the GROHE SilkMove® technology which ensures that the lever action remains silky smooth over the long term, thereby allowing for exact finger-tip control of both the water flow and the water temperature at all times. And finally, the GROHE StarLight® treatment has been applied to create a chrome finish which loses nothing of its brilliance over time.

After a strenuous day of meetings, what better way to relax than taking a refreshing shower? The New Tempesta showers from GROHE installed in the guest bathrooms of the Hilton Garden Inn fit the bill perfectly, whatever your showering preferences. Choose between the Rain, RainO2, Massage and Jet spray patterns for anything from a soft rainshower to an air-infused tingle, from a pulsating massage to a vigorous and vitalising jet spray. The GROHE DreamSpray® technology integrated in the showers ensures that water is distributed evenly to all nozzles, resulting in highly accurate spray patterns all round. The chrome-plated shower bodies, too, benefit from the famous GROHE StarLight® treatment and are resistant to scratches. Last but not least, guilt-free showering is made possible by the unique GROHE EcoJoy® technology which combines superb water efficiency with a luxurious water experience.

Functional aesthetics meet world-leading innovation in the thermostats. The Grohtherm 1000 thermostats installed in the Hilton Garden Inn’s guest bathrooms offer a sublime balance of quality, technology and design. Clear shapes, plane surfaces and compact dimensions are packaged in a beautifully minimalist design which complements the urbane sophistication of the hotel’s stylish bathrooms. At the heart of the Grohtherm 1000 thermostat is a cartridge imbued with GROHE TurboStat® technology. It sets the desired water temperature virtually instantly and keeps it stable by rapidly balancing out any pressure fluctuations in the hot and cold water pipes.

Touch down for an all-round pleasant stay - GROHE is part of the guest experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport.
