The project arises from the need for expansion and improvement of current cultural infrastructure of Quilicura in the city of Santiago de Chile. This raises a new set of specific program that brings together the new room performing arts school of Music, Theatre and Dance. Performing arts hall and music school. We propose a performing arts room to build a corporate image public culture and its free access to all the commune.
