Creative Group also has an expertise in Arbitration and Valuations, besides being author of many books on Architecture.
Creative Group also has, Fredric Schwartz & Associates (FSA), USA as the global partner for all Joint venture projects. Ar. Frederic Schwartz, is an urban designer from Harvard University and has many works of repute to his credit.
FSA has won many international design competitions including rebuilding of Ground zero at Twin Tower Site, Manhattan, New York, besides designing various other prestigious projects at San Diego, Shanghai, New York, Boston etc.
