XVSTUDIO is recognized by finding ORIGINALITY in the use of the elements of the project such as the requirements, location, the local culture and TRADITIONS and the budget as key resources for INNOVATION and the ability to take advantage of INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION techniques and SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIES for the design and construction process.
The result of this philosophy has led to the design of more than fifty projects during the past seven years, fifteen of which are already completed or becoming reality.
XVSTUDIO is organized as a collaborative structure where the multidisciplinary team enriches every part of the design with their specialized knowledge and experience.
XVSTUDIO’s work has appeared in general and specialized media from around the world and has been recognized in national and international AWARDS among which are the First Prize in the Innovation Competition for the construction of social housing for young people developed by the Catalan Government, the selection for the Lleida Architecture Awards for the Arreletes and El Niu kindergartens in 2008 and 2010, the Young Architect of the Year LEAF AWARD 2008 and the overall winner of the SAIE 2009 and 2010, Sustainability and Energy Award of Bologna in Italy.
