Leutkirch in Germany’s Allgäu is where Thermopal GmbH has its traditional headquarters. On a site measuring some 190,000 m² - 90,000 m² of which are covered with buildings – the company operates a number of production systems. A workforce of 460 is employed in multiple shifts to produce a wide range of materials. These include decorative chipboard, high-pressure laminates and numerous special products. Thermopal supplies high quality wood materials to national and international customers in the timber trade, the furniture industry, for interior fitting and other special industries such as ship-building.

A high export share of approx. 40 percent testifies to the company’s international presence. At present, Thermopal is particularly well known in Benelux,France, Italy, Spain, the UK, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
