TARKAN OKTAY, borned in 1968, Gölcük. Graduated from architecture faculty of Dokuz Eylul University. Studied in master's degree programme in Middle East Technical University. After graduate, worked in leading architecture companies in Izmir and appeared in some special projects in architecture magazines. Establishing his company in 2004, continued to acts of architecture in abroad and homeland with luxury dwelling, shop, office, hotel, gym projects.
Part-time lecturer in faculty of Archıtecture Interior Archıtecture Department in Yasar University, in between 2010-2013.
