Our work emulates refletion, criticism, technical knownledge and research in aspects directly related to constructive solutions, a fundamental element of the contemporary architectural practice. Founded over 10 years ago by the architect Sérgio Conde Caldas, our office has managed to stand out within the Rio de Janeiro scenario. Throughout this time, we have developed projects in the most diverse areas, projecting for various sectors, such as: comercial and services, residential, social, hotel and recreational, among others. In all scales, from urban to single-family. We have aquired practical knowledge in our projects, using tools that minimize impacts and guarantee good performance and energy efficiency. Our work stands out for its dialogue with the landscape and the city, appreciating its integration, comfort and functionality. In each Project we seek a whole conception, in which creative aspects, linked to form and volume, are closely connected to the most appropriate constructive methods.
