UK Headquarters Rinnai UK was established in 2003 to fulfil the demands for Rinnai products in the United Kingdom. With new 15,000sq ft purpose built offices and warehouse in Runcorn, Cheshire, the company offers high levels of customer service and sales support to the many hundreds of existing Infinity continuous flow water heater customers. Also, the company's powered flue, fanned convection heaters - which have been sold via distributors for the last 25 years - are supplied directly to the UK and many European markets. The Infinity continuous flow gas water heaters offer the additional advantage of hot water provision at a predetermined temperature, which is digitally controlled and most often eliminates the need for shower mixers and additional thermostatic devices. Multiple units can be linked via a manifold arrangement to provide never-ending supplies of heated water without costly storage to the most demanding situations, such as hotels, leisure facilities, camping and caravan sites. The Rinnai 1004T and 556T powered flue gas wall heaters are among best-known models in the convection heater range, and are the most advanced and reliable on the market. These are widely used throughout the UK, in schools, churches, village halls and community centres, where low purchase and running costs are key. Rinnai models suit LPG or natural gas and carry up to a 15 year guarantee, dependant on product and usage.
