poly.m.ur is an architectural practice started in London in 2007 and currently operating the studio in Seoul. The practice has completed the Art and Craft studios (education), Living Knot (residence), Jugong Pavilion (Incheon global fair and festival), Honeybee Lounge(multiplex cinema), SSH Housing, and Sungbok Retails. The works are published and exhibited internationally. The practice has been awarded in numerous international and national competitions such as Beirut house of art and culture, Fiscalia of Madrid, Jeongokri Prehistoric museum, SH Sadang dormitory housing, Jeju world heritage centre, cultural heritage center in Jeju university. Homin Kim Born in 1973 in Seoul, Homin Kim is a registered architect based in Seoul. He studied in Architectural Association in London and Seoul National University in Korea and has worked in the field of architecture for more than 15 years. Between 2004 and 2007, he worked as an architectural designer for renowned practice such as FOA, where he played key roles for numerous well published projects and from 2007. Homin has been working as a director of his own practice Poly.m.ur which has its base in Seoul. The work of his practice has been exhibited and published internationally and has won numerous competitions. In 2008, He also taught at Cornell University in Ithaca as a teaching associate with Ciro Najle for undergraduate and graduate programs.
