Pedder and Scampton have had extensive experience in education, community, residential projects since 1998 with an emphasis on inclusive design and sustainability. Many of our community and urban regeneration projects have been designed for underrepresented groups such as the homeless or people with disabilities and autism. These schemes are developed in close consultation with the clients and user groups. Our expertise covers concept design through detailing and construction to practical completion and occupation, responding to complex briefs, providing adaptable spaces and reconciling different user group’s specific requirements.
