nuun kids design Barcelona designs and produces multifunctional furniture for children, with a special line for homes with twins or siblings of similar age. The furniture is designed to stimulate creativity and play, the main activities of childhood. The goal has been to create unique furniture that reflects their values: creativity; play and educational aspects; constant recycling and re-use; multifunctionality; packing density; ecology - Forest Stewardship Council. It is interesting to point out that all collection occupies the least possible space and can be adapted every moment to the necessities of modern homes. The first nuun collection of children’s furniture, ohu, is composed of 4 basic pieces, that can all be combined. All collection, produced in Europe, is made of birch plywood from sustainable forests finished with water-based varnish and whiteboard paint. Have the safety compliance: EN 1729-1:2006 / EN 1729-2:2012 and EN 14988:2012 / 2006. The oUeat highchair adaptable for twins, has been recognized with the international bronze prize A’Design Awards 2013‐2014 in the category of “Baby, kids’ and Children’s Product Design” and finalist in the awards DELTA’14.
