Noel Sampson Development Studio comprises the work and experiences of Noel Sampson’s professional practice in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. Currently based in Nicaragua, we intend to influence and improve the way we relate to ourselves, space, nature and the built environment. We pursue architecture as a means for social development, high quality living spaces that humanize cities, adopts resilience to geological and Climate Change related risks, and considers the dignity of the urban poor and informal human settlements. We provide bilingual and high level services to national and international clients in Nicaragua and abroad in architectural design, construction, business development and international cooperation. Our clients are people like you, individuals, investors, mayors, NGO’s, developers, private and public organizations.
