Mette Schelde has a Master of Arts in Architecture and her studio is located in Aarhus, Denmark. Mette is working in the field between architecture, space and object, and it takes its creative drive from an experimental and conceptual approach to function and form. She challenges the material with attention to craftsmanship and quality, and aims her creations to reflect the values behind expressed in a poetic idiom.
Mette has received several awards for her work, including FSC Design Award 2010, Great Idea Award 2012 and Up/Coming Award 2013.
