Luminara collection is presented for the first time during the Euroluce fair of Milan in April 2000. The company is based in Cascina, a busy-furniture making area situated in the province of Pisa. The name LUMINARA indeed comes from an ancient Pisa light festival called Luminaria, in wich all the buildings facades overlooking the Arno river are decorated with lights: the effect is amazing, as our Lamps Collection is conceived for.
