L35 is an international architecture firm with headquarters in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and São Paulo and associate offices in Geneva, Miami, Mexico, Santiago, Bogota, Istanbul, Casablanca and Abu Dhabi. Our goal is excellence in architectural design from the perspective of creative diversity and freedom. Covering almost all kinds of architectural forms, L35’s work emerges from teamwork, both internally and with our clients. Communication, exchange of ideas and a good understanding of program, context and environment, are the driving forces behind our projects. Of particular importance is our expertise on large retail and mixed-use projects, with a portfolio of over 100 projects in twelve countries, often award winning projects, where retail, culture and entertainment merge with working and living environments into a unique user experience. The firm is currently working on numerous projects, among which are several office buildings and corporate headquarters, residential complexes, large shopping and leisure centers and other typologies such as sport stadiums or urban developments. The desire for teamwork has existed from its inception in 1967. L35 currently has resources that amount to 250 professionals —specialized in all the different areas of expertise required in the development of projects and construction— managed by 24 partners, 14 junior partners and 12 associates.
