Kayan first began its focus on residential projects and grew together with the market demands by diversifying its practices to cover all sectors of architectural design within the Residential, Commercial and Public parameters. With more than 100 projects in its portfolio, ranging from small-scale private residences, chalets, and restaurants to large-scale residential and commercial complexes; Kayan has now established its name within the architecture field in Kuwait.
