Jedenov Architecture is a Lisbon-based international practice founded by Kirill de Lancastre Jedenov in 2011 to provide masterplanning, architecture and interior design services to both the public and private sectors.
BIOGRAPHY Kirill de Lancastre Jedenov studied at the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa whilst simultaneously collaborating at the office of Architect José Guedes Cruz. In his final year he studied under Architects Manuel Aires Mateus and José Maria Assis e Santos who provided an important student exchange with the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He graduates with distinction in 2003 and participates in his first collective exhibition using academic projects. He integrates the team of Architect João Luís Carrilho da Graça on a professional internship where he participates in many national and international competitions, having received first place for one of them. In 2004 he wins first place in a competition for the construction of five single family houses which gives way to the creation of the office Kaputt!. Between 2004 and 2010, their work is transdisciplinar and practiced in network. A number of awards in large competitions and an exhibition at the Ordem dos Arquitectos brought great media interest to the office’s work, having been published in several books and magazines in Portugal, Spain, Holland, Hungary, China and on numerous international websites.
