Hughes Condon Marler Architects (HCMA) is a firm of 45 staff members that has been recognized internationally and nationally for service and design excellence. The studio environment in both our Vancouver and Victoria offices, intentionally open to foster dialogue and problem solving, supports our collaborative approach. Our four principals and nine associates are directly involved in projects, working continuously with larger project teams. HCMA has worked on a broad range of building types including education, civic, cultural, recreation and health-care. Recognized leaders in sustainable design, the majority of architectural staff are LEED® Accredited Professionals. HCMA continually strives to develop architecture that integrates environmental, social and economic considerations.
The scope of our services includes site analysis and feasibility studies, public process and stakeholder workshops, architectural design, interior design, master planning and urban design, green building and LEED® certification, project management and construction contract administration. HCMA believes that architectural excellence contributes to a better, stronger and healthier society.
