FACID - The flexible facade

The textile facade system FACID was developed by EPS in 2008 and introduced to the market. Planners, designers and investors appreciate the system with great freedom and high creative potential for new and existing buildings. With FACID, entire façades or sub-areas can also be completely altered in the sense of sustainable construction. The metal builder, in turn, benefits from the low surface weight and fast, simple assembly. Since 2008, a number of notable projects have been implemented around the world - such as the Fraunhofer Institute in Potsdam, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport Willy Brandt, the OP Center in Munich, the Grosshadern or the FBI headquarters in San Diego.
