Epsilon is known for its mastery of the MEPA process. We have a deep understanding of the MEPA regulations (several of us having worked on drafting them). We work with clients to craft and then implement the most cost-effective and timely approach to MEPA, whether it be a simple ENF (no EIR), an ENF, Draft EIR and Final EIR, or an Expanded ENF (Single EIR, Special Review Process, or Phase I Waiver). Selected examples of such projects are presented herein. However, since these projects run the gamut of Epsilon expertise (from downtown high-rise projects to important power projects to land and infrastructure development projects and natural resource planning projects), many other examples of such projects may be found in the Project Type sector of this website. We have also assisted our clients in compliance with NEPA.
