The Wood Cluster of Northwest Croatia was founded by the most prominent wood manufactures of Northwest Croatia with a goal to promote and develop wood industry and make it more competitive. The main cluster activities are focused on networking and cooperation with all stakeholders in the value added chain, cooperation with faculties and R&D institutions, as well as regional and international cooperation through EU projects. In 2013, thanks to the engagement of Ministry of Enterpreneurship and Crafts in the Centramo project, the Cluster has been awarded with Bronze Excellence label.
