Emergency lighting - history Light as a life saver. To facilitate people escape in emergency situations by use of lights and backlit signs is a relativley young concept – at least only in the 1960s first protection targets were given a legal foundation. In Austria emergency lighting systems have been sold only since 1985, with correspondent substantiated consulting services – by us. Therefore with pride we can be numbered among emergency lighting pioneers in Austria ! Since then industry has developped rapidly. We set important milestones in the area of emergency lighting like STAR and ILS technology, as well as LED . As a family business we're devoting ourselves already in the second generation entirely - with passion - to emergency lighting! That way in the futur there will be no shortage of new, innovative ideas either.
