Mission Deltacalor’s mission: Produce and merchandise technologically innovative and designer’s radiators and towel rails in order to satisfy the customer’s needs in a new way, ensuring maximum quality and respect for the environment. The synergies existing between other companies of the Group, all mainly engaged in the research and development of exclusive high-tech products, further enhance Deltacalor’s strongly innovative character. History Deltacalor was established in 1993 as a company manufacturing steel towel rails. In 2001, after the acquisition by an industrial group, the company renewed its assortment with exclusive product lines. Production takes place in a modern site, with floor space of 10,000 sq.m., based in Calolziocorte (Lecco), and inaugurated in 2005. It boasts of modern technologies, from welding to painting up to a quality control system structured in accordance with the highest of market standards. Production Experience and competence have fostered a customer-oriented know-how, able to meet market requirements thus maintaining an excellent standard of quality and high degree of flexibility. The production capacity is one of Deltacalor's strong points: a capacity able to turn out a high number of parts with highly automated systems to meet the various degrees of customizing demanded by the market. The manufacturing process entails the following phases: - Preparation of the material - Assembly - Welding - Phosphating-degreasing at 50°C - Epoxy powder coating and Curing at 180°-220°C. - Ambient air cooling. - Packaging Team Our team consists of young and dynamic professionals trained to constantly respond to all customer requirements.
