The talented staff of DAS, which includes 18 architects and interior designers, is highly esteemed for their work in creating more than two hundred signature restaurants, hotels, and resort projects. Recently historic elegance was brought to Newport, RI, in Forty 1 North, a world-class waterfront hotel destination. Other DAS national highlights include renovations to Jekyll Island Club, an historic resort originally created by J.P. Morgan; the Tidewater Inn, Herrington Harbour Inn, and One Franklin Square, the new hotel planned for 5th and Race Streets in Philadelphia, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, a rich and vibrant steakhouse set in an industrial space in the Tribeca section of Manhattan, and the Salt Creek Grille, 400 seat modern rustic pub with open kitchen, lounge, and multiple indoor/outdoor fireplaces located in Los Angeles.
DAS Interiors, Inc. is an affiliate company that specializes in finding unique products and collaborates with skilled artisans in creating custom furnishings and artwork for projects and clients. Owners Schultz and Davidson are affiliated with the American Institute of Architects, Pennsylvania Society of Architects, the Foundation for Architecture, National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Urban Land Institute.
