Architect Domenico Morolla

Morolla study is an international study of architecture conducted over ten years by the founder, architect Domenico Morolla. Today the studio has two offices in Milan and Bari. Relying on a staff of employees selected for experience, enthusiasm and likes the study is able to provide full-service architectural design, from concept phase to construction supervision. Design skills also include interior design, urban planning and urban design, landscape architecture and design services exhibition. Since its formation in 1999, the study Morolla has successfully undertaken and completed more than 100 projects across Italy counting among his works sports centers, health centers, housing complexes, independent houses, medical offices, interior design and exhibition of various kind. The working method is highly participatory, customers, engineers and consultants contribute to the project since its inception and for the duration of the design process. The study aims to address the characteristics and potential of each particular situation, embracing the ideas and needs of the program pushing, if required and / or necessary, at the edge of building technology. Innovation, customization and testing are the basis of every solution for every situation. The staff working at all levels and in all sectors, creating balance and synergies between different areas (cultural, business or residential); the design approach is not strictly formal and involves the use of physical models and one-to-one scale mock-up to help test and develop design concepts proposed; the design process is not linear, but it requires the intervention of architects on different scales  engaged in the same time, in order to consider every detail finished in the development of the overall design.
