Founded in 1962 as Croce Aflalo e Gasperini, aflalo/gasperini architects combines tradition and innovation in the search for architecture solutions. In just over 50 years, the office has signed landmarks as the headquarters of IBM and the Federal Court of Accounts building in São Paulo (SP), Theater Claudio Santoro in Campos do Jordao (SP) and the Peugeot Building in Buenos Aires. The office’s projects are destined to different uses for the commercial, services, residential, hotel, public and social, recreational and industrial sectors. In addition to their versatility, the projects follow a line of work based on materials research and technical precision. The work ranges from research and analysis of restrictions, program, pre-dimensioning and physical planning, to the complete architecture design, renovation, urbanistic plans and landscaping, complementary project supervision, inspection and follow-up of works, and presentation design. The leaders of our projects have all graduated from top schools, with extension courses in Brazil or abroad, years of market experience and, above all, full knowledge of the aflalo/gasperini culture.
